This was such a fun and cute read. I laughed out loud several times. Amalia is a hillarious character. She is tired of looking for a man that is worth her time. After many bad dates she decides to give up on men who needs them. But her friend has something else in mind. One more internet dating site that will surely find her a good guy or will it. Amalia gives it one more shot. Will she find the man of her dreams or another dud. Lennox isn't looking for love but stumbles upon it with Amalia. He loves her sassy side and feels instantly drawn to her. Can he convince her that she is it for him? You need to read the book to find out.

I personally loved this book it's lite and a quick read and full of laughter and love.Amelia is sweet and i liked her and her friends they are your typical little girlfriend group. it shows you never know what can happen if you just breathe and let your guard down and let yourself experience life. I also love how on the anniversary of the worst day of her life she finds new meaning when exciting special things happen to her. It's definitely a great quick read

I absolutely loved this book. What a funny and sweet love story. Amalia, our leading lady, has some great and funny friends who decide she needs to meet a man online and fast. So they create an online profile for her and from there the hilarity starts. Oh the weirdos she meets and the funny stories she has for her friends. I loved Amalia she is such a wonderful character very feisty and full of life. We even get to see her grow, lose her shyness, and let herself have fun. And her best friends are excellent characters as well. They had me laughing the whole time and are amazing friends to Amalia.

Will she ever meet a nice guy? Will she continue to meet weirdos? Will she leave her online profile up or delete it? I do not give spoilers so you Must read this book. I highly recommend this book especially if you love to laugh. I hope AM Williard has more books similar to this one as I stayed up until 4am finishing this book, YES it is that good.

I live in Ukraine, a country not known for its prosperity. When I ordered this book back in 1999 (from other online source, actually), the order cost me about my whole month salary, together with shipping expenses. When I received it, I obviously tended to be rather critical. Frankly, I was disappointed by monochrome photos in the book at first ;) That was before I tried to build my first guitar...
Now, 5 years later after the purchase, I keep looking into this book and find many invaluable subtle things that are very important for success. The material is explained in a very clear manner (English is not my mother tongue, by the way) and I appreciated the fact that the authors show how to get away with basic simple tools to build fine instruments. I'm not a super reviewer, but I really love this book (it isn't the only book on guitar making in my collection, so I could do some comparison).
I agree, this book is a Bible on guitar making.

Probably the best do-it-yourself guide to making a guitar!

As a chronic do-it-yourselfer my intest in playing guitar
has spawned an interest in building a guitar. I found this
tome after years of searching the stacks at my local library,
and I instantly fell in love with it. It is quite clearly
written and each step is explained in exquisite detail.
The authors have divided up the steps into several short
procedures so that the reader does not feel overwhelmed.
Each procedure is profusely illustrated and accompanied
in most cases by a list of materials and tools required.
Cognizant that the lay carpenter probably does not have much
in the way of woodworking tools, the authors pare down
the list of tools needed to a manageable list available
at most hardware stores, mostly hand tools. The authors
also include an up to date list of catalog suppliers of
necessary parts, tools, and woods.

As a technical writer and luthier, I can vouch for this tome on both accounts. It explains guitarmaking in such detail that it does not need to include any patterns; after reading this book, you will understand the instrument well enough to build one on a desert island from memory. Although the paperback edition is quite sturdy, I used mine until it fell apart. Buy the hardback.
